Cosminsky Solutions works as an end-to-end solution provider for its clients providing fast, accurate transcription and writing services. Our customized efficient  design acts as the backbone to provide record turnaround time and exceptionally high quality for all of our clients.

We utilize an online project management system, called BaseCamp as the hub of our work force. You will be provided with an account and a password is required to access it.  BaseCamp uses a sophisticated encryption system to ensure complete confidentiality.

Manpower forms the most integral and critical part in ensuring that jobs are executed and delivery for quality and within a demanding time frame. We have a team of well-trained and highly qualified transcriptionists supported by an established small business management team.

Concerned about who is running the show?

Our owner, Erica Cosminsky, wears many hats on a daily basis. As many small business owners find, Erica is the administration, human resources, marketing, sales and web design behind the company. In addition to what you see Erica doing around here, she is also a work-at-home single mother, and a full time (online) student majoring in Organizational Leadership with a Human Resources concentration.

Now you may wonder why you should trust someone this busy with your important work. Prior to starting Cosminsky Solutions, Erica spent two years as a Human Resources Specialist for a large pharmacy chain, filling in during long leaves for the Human Resources Manager and during a vacancy in the Regional Talent Manger postions. Her district had 34 stores and over 950 employees.  After doing bi-weekly payroll and discipline for 950 people, she loves being able to have  personalized contact with her employees and clients. Erica also has over 7 years of experience in transcription and editing from being a paralegal and administrative assistant. Her work history and education has given her a wide array of knowledge that can be applied to working with your particular business.

Erica lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with her 2 year old daughter Riley and 14 year old Persian cat. She loves being outdoors and the Nashville Predators.
