But, how much of your time there is spent on repetitive admin tasks like checking member approvals, spam cleanup, and scheduling theme days? Probably a lot. I’d like to help you change that and give you back some of your time to focus on your core business tasks, like creating new content and planning (or finishing) your next big project.
Recently, I noticed some of my favorite clients struggling to keep up with managing a Facebook Group, a website, their podcast, and other commitments. They were feeling frustrated and distracted, but also really enjoyed the interaction that having a Group provided them with their audience when they were able to join in conversations.

Package price is $350 for the first month and then $300 per month after that.

All other months will be invoiced at $300 per month, due on the day of your renewal. For example, if we get started on the 7th of the month, that will be your renewal due date each month. Invoices are sent via Slickpie.
The first month includes getting to know you and your group a little better, creating some graphics for the group, adding a welcome file and rules notice if you need them, planning theme days out, etc…
Every month includes tasks like:
- daily member approvals (to include checking admission questions if you have them)
- daily spam checks, at least twice per day
- daily posting, to include themed posts and other discussions
- moderation of discussions to make sure everyone is being kind and following the rules of the group
- answering common questions and pointing people toward your preferred resources
- (and any other regular group tasks you’d like to hand off)
